Unwanted TG

Edit: It occurred to me that the Title could be mistranslated. What I meant when I wrote it was that in this particular scene, the individual was not welcoming of the sudden (and painful) change of gender. That is all.

When I think about Transformations, there is one word that inevitably comes to mind...

Pain.

So many Transformations get away with not having this element. And I don't just mean pain in the Transformation itself. I mean Post-Transformation Life too. Characters go "-Poof- Oh, this is my new form now? Well, La De Da De Daaa~!" It never made much sense to me...

But back to WHY I think pain. Have you ever seen a Werewolf transformation in a popular show or movie? Which are more realistic and compelling? The ones where the guy goes "-Rawr- Imma Werewolf now, Sweet!" or the ones where the guy falls to the ground in agony as his entire skeletal and bodily organs shift and change inside of him. Obviously the second one. So, it just goes to show that such logic on Transformations might carry over to other types of Transformation, right?

Like Transgender Transformation. I mean, other than the snout, ears, digitigrade legs and fur, it's more or less a similar Transformation, right? (You know, ignoring EVERYTHING else)

So, why wouldn't a guy or girl collapse in agony while their bone structure shifts and new organs grow inside and on top of them? Answer, probably the PG ratings, or something of the likes.

Maybe I should finally get to my real point here. The reason I drew this image is because I was getting tired of it all. Looking around the internet (especially DA) and finding nearly NOTHING supporting this view, and instead just constantly finding guys turning into girls, either being slightly uncomfortable during the change, being completely oblivious to it, or hell, suffering Orgasmic Ecstasy while going through it. There was only one or two stories I came across that even approached the "My internal organs are shifting in my body and that shit hurts yo" issue, and overall, the entire experience actually upset me quite a bit.


Well, if anything, you can probably call this Vent-Art.


Some of you might bring up "Hey, if you believe in painful transformations, why doesn't Tangent-Valley have painful transformations in it?" Well, I believe in it, but I also believe there's a proper place for it. Not everything has to have painful transformations (I mean, dear god, if Sailormoon had to suffer every time her legs grew a little longer...). I just think that it's something that gets HORRIBLY overlooked in the realm of Transgender transformations, that's all.


Now about the image itself, some of you might be wondering "What's with the internal bleeding coming out the mouth?" Well, I've learned from my look around that when internal organs shift around and change, this can lead to some unexpected and unwanted temporary damage and bleeding. Another reason; shifting vocal cords. Fact is, the bleeding makes the internal pain more evident. (The pose I got from one of those Poses Set Images, but I can't seem to find the picture now. If I do, I will be sure to credit the pose to the proper individual(s).)



Don't think this constitutes for any Mature tags, but um, if anyone feels I should raise that flag on it, let me know...
